The man was hit by a pickup truck
On Wednesday, a man died at Broward General Medical Center after being hit by a car while walking on West Broward Blvd. Detective Travis Mandell stated that police have not identified the victim and haven’t reached relatives.
The man was hit by a pickup truck and the driver remained at the scene. According to Mandell, “He was cooperative with the investigation and at this time, the driver has not been charged.”
Police also found that the pedestrian was not using a crosswalk and was walking from a median to the other side of the street.
